Wisp Prime Vs. lvl 9999 Void Cascade (Build) - [Warframe]
The Xata/Leatum interaction was fixed as of hotfix 35.5.8. It is adviseable to build your laetum for crit instead and go with Nourish or Roar.
This wisp prime build focuses on fire rate and outputting high damage as fast as possible. This weapon set up can be carrier over to other frames if desired. The Afentis offers great buffs and the Leatum uses a rivenless build. When playing as wisp make sure to abuse hang glide since that is where your invisibility and thus survivability comes from.

Build in the video uses Roar, but after trying, Xata's Whisper performed better for me.
