You could WIN $700 worth of SMART TECH gear simply by entering (and being the speediest) in the SMART TECH QUICKEST TRANSITION CHALLENGE! Just follow these 2 easy steps:
1. Film and time yourself performing three separate exercises with one SMARTBAR and one set of plates. The three exercises are 5 x dead rows (with the SMARTBAR), 5 x side raises (with the plates) and 5 x bicep curls (with the SMARTBAR). Start with the plates ON the bar. UNLOAD the bar for side raises, and RELOAD the bar for bicep curl.
2.Upload the video via Facebook or Instagram (or both!), hashtag #lesmillsmartbar #quickesttransitionchallenge and tag @lesmillsasiapacific in the post. You also need to write the time it took you to complete. Please check your security settings on your social media account to ensure that we can view the video!
