The original WoW ended, flew by, and in January 2007, the first expansion, The Burning Crusade, was released. It brought a lot of new things: a new continent, new races, new dungeons and raids, with familiar Warcraft locations, characters, and bosses. I was with the Burning Crusade from the very beginning and played it all the way through, so I have a lot to remember and share.
My gaming journey was challenging, interesting, and unexpected. Beyond the gaming accomplishments and achievements that will forever be remembered, by the end of The Burning Crusade, I suddenly found myself working at Blizzard—yes, the company that developed this and other legendary games.
In the Burning Crusade—and this was in 2007 and 2008—I played for the Alliance on the "Russian" European PvP servers Stonemaul and Molten Core, and then on the real Russian-language server Gordunni.
World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Classic is just around the corner, and if you're still hesitating about playing, maybe after watching this video you'll want to go through it again. Or for the first time!
Hundreds of gameplay screenshots, screencaps of interesting moments outside of the game (but related to it), and beautiful game music. It's my whole story, pure nostalgia. Enjoy!
