This video demonstrates how P0 Security enables the simplest and most scalable way to provide developers with just-in-time access to servers. Replaces static SSH keys and standing privilege with tightly scoped and short lived access.
=================================
Introducing P0 — the simplest way to give developers just-in-time access to production servers. I’m logged into the P0 CLI using Okta SSO and MFA, which means I never use static SSH keys.
I can see which servers I’m authorized to access and connect immediately to machines where I already have standing access. I’m logged in as my Okta identity, not a shared privileged account, and the full session is recorded.
If I try to connect to a server I’m not approved for, P0 automatically creates a JIT request in Slack. The request goes to the right owner, who can approve or deny it and set a time-limited expiry. Approval also works through Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, ServiceNow, or automatically when someone is on call.
Admins can define governance rules in YAML or in the P0 web UI. This gives teams consistent, governed, short-lived access without static credentials.
