I work a full time 9-5, and over the past few years I've still managed to learn six languages.
The secret is small honestly, just consistent pockets of time layered into the day you already have. In this video I walk you through my full day: morning input (podcasts at the gym, reading with coffee), how I actually think in the language during dead time, sneaking flashcards into the workday, and my two focused evening sessions including a real italki lesson with my Cantonese tutor.
