In this video, I am showing a very smart, modern, and advanced Fingerprint Based Attendance System using ESP32, Fingerprint Sensor, and Google Sheets for live data logging.
This project demonstrates how we can create a real-time attendance system where fingerprint data is captured using an R307S fingerprint sensor, processed by ESP32, and automatically sent to Google Sheets for live attendance records. A 16x2 LCD display with I2C module is used to show system status and user feedback.
The system is designed to be extremely user-friendly and flexible. Fingerprint IDs can be easily added, removed, and managed using simple Serial commands, making it one of the easiest yet most advanced fingerprint attendance systems to use. No complex setup is required, and the workflow is smooth and reliable.
