Ok What I have here is very simple to make.
It's a brine with salt only. You can make this using white sugar or brown sugar.

I only use sugar when I'm use dark meat or chicken wings. It's up to you to find out what taste you like. This here is just the very basic. So play around in that kitchen and see what you come up with. Have fun the world is your.
