Hello, fellow motorists!
This is the updated 2022 Skoda Kodiaq FL 2.0 turbo, 180 hp - 320 Nm, with a DSG DQ 500 automatic transmission!
I'll say right away that this is a long-standing bestseller in the 5-7 seat SUV class in the CIS market. It's a very popular and recognizable car, and an update is long overdue.
In this video, we'll test the engine and automatic transmission, chassis and all-wheel drive setup, and torsional rigidity. We'll also measure cabin noise levels and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h.
The price of the test car in Ukraine is USD 39,500. I'd like to point out that new cars will only appear in dealerships in late 2022 or early 2023. Therefore, we advise all buyers not to wait for the product to arrive in stock, but to order the car for production.
In our opinion, the updated model has become more visually appealing, with improved aerodynamics and sound insulation. Fortunately, it uses reliable components and assemblies proven over the years and on the roads of the CIS, and the handling remains the same beloved VAG.

In our opinion, the biggest advantages of the 2022 Skoda Kodiaq FL are its good and precise handling, powerful engine, and fast-shifting DQ 500 transmission. Plus, the car barely reacts at high speeds, which is a valuable asset in this class.
The Skoda Kodiaq can be driven aggressively on almost any road, but it's best suited for highways and long trips.

The suspension is very energy-intensive, not harsh, and absorbs bumps and small potholes well. Even off-road, rear passengers don't complain of discomfort. Overall, we liked the car, and if you're looking for a spacious 5-7-seat crossover from VAG, I highly recommend the Kodiaq.
If you have any questions about the video or the car, or if there's anything else we need to film or share, please leave a comment and we'll answer everyone.
That's all for now, see you soon! More to come!
