📣 Setting Your New Year 2022 Goals For Webinar And Program Sales Success

Are you looking to launch or increase your webinar and program registration and sales in 2022?

Whilst this is exciting, it can also be daunting.

A great way to do this is to reverse engineer your goals and break them down into Goals, Strategies and Tactics. These can then be added into an action plan so you are ready to kick some series 2022 butt.

Here are the steps to get you on your way to setting your new year 2022 goals for webinar and program sales success.

Set Your Goals

Start with your financial goals. How much money do you want to make from your program sales next year? ie. if you want to make $100,000 and your program costs $2,500 then you need to enrol a total of 40 people into your programs

Set Up Strategies To Achieve Your Goals

1. Programs
Think about how many people you can have in your programs? If you have 10 people per program, then you need to run 4 programs. Now that you know that, look at your calendar and set the dates.

Things to think about: How long is the program? Can you run run your programs concurrently? How do you fill your programs?

2. Webinars
How many webinars do you need to run to fill your programs? If you know your conversion rate i.e. 20% then you need to speak to 50 people between each program. These are your warm leads. Therefore if you have between 20 - 30 people in each webinar you need to run a minimum of 2 webinars between each program. This means running at least 8 webinars per year. Now that you know this, look at your calendar and fill in the webinar dates between your program start dates.

3. Plan Your Tactics

How do you market your webinars? Email, Social Media, Meet-Up, Networking, Speaking at Events, Affiliate Programs. Think about what has worked in the past. This is a mix of using cold leads (people who don’t know you) and warm leads (people in your network who do know you). Marketing states that about 10% of the people you reach out to will convert, so, you need to reach a minimum of 200 - 300 people for each webinar. Review your marketing strategy to make sure you can reach these people.

4. Create Your Action Plan

Now, break these down into actions: Set Up Your Email Database, Set Up Your Social Media Channels, Review where your customers hang out and work on a communication strategy for each channel. Add this into an action plan - set the action, the dates, assign resources (people, financial, time).

There you have it. This sounds like an easy process but it’s not. So get started! Set your goals into actions and be ready to kick some serious 2022 butt.
