Samantha and John, two siblings, shared the cost of a book they bought for their dad. Samantha paid 2/5 of the cost of the book with 3/4 of her money. Whereas John paid the rest of the cost of the book with 2/5 of his money. If Samantha was left with $24, how much money was John left with?
