1. Download this Weakaura https://wago.io/XWIG0jzu_ You can delete everything except "sp Mind Flay Ticker"
2. Download this sound from wowhead https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/sound=1...
3. Create a folder called "WA Custom" in your addons folder and place the sound file into it
4. Go into the weakaura from step 1 and go into Condition 1. Under "Sound File Path" add in the file path to your sound which sohuld loook like "Interface\AddOns\WA Custom\uChatScrollButton.ogg"
