Absolute and Conditional Convergence (Introduction)
Calculus 2 video that explains the difference between conditional convergence and absolute convergence of series, for alternating series in particular. We focus on examples of showing whether or not an alternating series converges absolutely in this video, and we show how the alternating harmonic series does not converge absolutely. We also describe what conditional convergence is and how we might visualize the strange behavior of conditional convergence.
