ZZ Top - I Gotsta Get Paid, full cover
This is my first ever video where I play all the instruments myself and sing. It does not sond very good, but this was the best I could do. I had a lot of fun a least. I will keep on trying. This was also the first time I played a guitar solo that I did not have any tabs or video tutorial for. I just tried to play as closed as possible to the tones as I heard them in the original song.
This was also the first time I used a condenser microphone (SE Electronics X1). I don't have a soundcard, but there is one built in sound card in the M-Audio Ozonic that I bought long time ago but almost never used, until today. I used only one microphone to record the drums. I wanted to place the microphone close to the base drum using the so called Tchad Blake method, but the input volume was too loud, even with the -10 db switch and gain set to 0. I moved it away a bit.
