Chrome 74: How to activate the new Dark Mode (ALWAYS)!
Chrome 74 comes with a new Dark Mode! In our other video we show how to activate it with the Windows' settings ( • Chrome 74 with Windows Dark Mode (Beta!) ) - but activating it this way doesn't work for everyone (yet). With this trick here you can force Chrome to ALWAYS start in Dark Mode: You have to add a start parameter which is "--force-dark-mode".
Best solution is to have two Chrome icons: One will start the new Dark Mode, one the classic light mode. When your Chrome allows you to activate the Dark Mode along with the Windows' theme settings, here's how to activate it then: • Chrome 74 with Windows Dark Mode (Beta!)
