Create a Wave Text Animation with HTML and CSS in 4 Minutes
In this video, I'll show you how to create an awesome wave text animation & moving light using only HTML and CSS. No prior experience is necessary.
if you have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, you can try this tutorial.
In this tutorial, I created white color text and a red color ball. The white text moves up and down with some delay. And the same time the red light ball moves from left to right. The red light ball color is neon red. It lights up text in neon red while moving.
You can use any code editor and any web browser to create this. I used visual studio code editor and google chrome web browser.
