🔥FIRE DESTROYED EVERYTHING! DEMOLITION after FIRE and site clearing @dismantling-LK
Brotherly hearts, in today's video, we'll be demolishing a house after a FIRE. The fire destroyed everything we'd worked so hard to acquire... The demolition of the burned-out house took two days, and the volume of debris was enormous. We needed six large 27m³ containers to haul it to the landfill. We completed the entire job, as promised, "without failing."
We also cut down about five trees at the customer's request. We left behind a clean, cleared area suitable for further use.
Stay tuned to the Lomat Dig channel and watch a day in the life of our team.

================================
Brotherly hearts, our friends!
Our entire team is very happy to welcome you to the "Lomat Dig" channel!
On the YouTube platform, we demonstrate, through our own example, how to demolish or carefully dismantle a building with minimal tools and in the shortest possible timeframe of one day without sacrificing quality. Demolition is performed inexpensively, with minimal costs.
Our team's combined experience in demolition has long exceeded 100 years, and the total number of buildings demolished is approaching 1,000, as we have been in this field since 2008.
Dismantling and demolition are most often performed using crowbars, pry bars, chainsaws, and concrete cutters.
Specialized equipment, including tractors, JCB front-end loaders, Volvo excavators, Bobcat skid steers, dump trucks, Kamaz/Maz cranes, and container trucks, as well as their equivalents from various global manufacturers, is also used.
All actions in the video take place in Moscow and the Moscow region.
We perform demolition and dismantling of any buildings and houses, offering careful dismantling of the structure with maximum preservation of used materials for future use.
For example:
☑️ Demolition of brick houses
☑️ Dismantling and transporting log houses
☑️ Dismantling frame buildings
☑️ Dismantling, loading, and removal of monolithic structures
☑️ Bathhouse
☑️ Hammam
☑️ Shed
☑️ Outbuildings (any)
☑️ Hangar
☑️ Garage
☑️ Demolition with loading and disposal of waste to a solid waste landfill of fire-damaged structures
☑️ Office premises
This may include the demolition of partitions, roofs, and extensions
☑️ Floor screeds
☑️ Apartment demolition
☑️ Dismantling and removal of all types of foundations (including monolithic and precast monolithic)
☑️ Metal structures with subsequent recycling of the metal.
☑️ Demolition of unfinished buildings and dismantling of erected structures in violation of permits, etc.
=================================
Very often, we come across very interesting finds at demolished sites, which we call "good finds." These items date from the reign of the Tsar and Tsarinas, the dawn of the USSR, and the collapse of the USSR, right up to the present day (a primus stove, a kerosene stove, a kerosene lamp, watches, banknotes and banknotes, coins, and much, much more...)
Which we try not to throw away but preserve, restore, and sometimes refurbish. We then sell these items on online flea markets, earning additional income online. We regularly give away worthy items we find among our subscribers.
