Ark Ascended's WILD Launch...Day 1 Mods & Missing Discounts? - (Ark News!)
Ark Survival Ascended had a WILD Launch Day!
Here's the latest in Ark Survival Ascended News.
Ark Ascended launched onto Xbox and Windows, costing $44.99, and Game Pass or discounts were not in the cards. Day 1 Cross Platform Mods were shown off during a showcase video, and it is great to see that Nitrado has included full modded maps on their servers. Console only servers have been activated, and there is a full list posted by Wildcard for all regions. I checked in on a few live streams to see both Xbox Series X and Series S in action, and there is a HUGE difference in the way the game looks and performs. Studio Wildcard has responded to the community concern for console commands and .ini files being manipulated in PvP, and this is great to see! And finally, many Xbox players are asking where their Launch Week Discounts are, citing the Steam purchase prices.
