Top 10 cars under $5,000 in Ukraine! What's hot on the market in 2021?
Today, my dear friends, I'll tell you which cars are the best on the Ukrainian market for around $5,000.
When searching for cars, I considered many different factors and selected vehicles based on age—they had to be no older than 2004. I studied owner and mechanic ratings, monitored service and parts prices, and read about problem areas. I've compiled this list with the widest possible range of cars, so everyone can find something they like: a full-size sedan, a compact hatchback, or even a minivan.
I rated the cars on a scale of 1 to 5. The rating was influenced by many factors, and the car in 10th place received a 4.2 from me, while the cars in first place received a whopping 4.6. Considering that the ranking was based on my own ratings and the owner ratings, the cars in the top are truly worth the time and effort to find.

Tips for choosing a car, especially in this price range:
Look for odometer rollbacks and the car's condition: the quality of the interior, steering wheel, buttons, metal, and paintwork are the first clues to high mileage.
Listen carefully to the engine, pay attention to every knock and rattle. If anything raises red flags, don't buy it.
Look for body straightening, touch-up paint, and body gaps; it's best to have a paint feeler gauge.
Inspect the chassis carefully, pay attention to knocking sounds, particularly leaks on the steering rack, oil leaks where they shouldn't be, and play in the mounting points.
Ideally, just pay the service center and they'll give you a full inspection—it'll be much faster and allow you to lower the price. I've always been a firm believer that no one can do a better job than a specialist.
