I want to clarify here- i am not currently broke -i will likely be left with nothing if either of the 2 options for settling this divorce move forward. The settlement would result in me having zero dollars plus a huge loan and support and going to trial will cost me likely everything i have.
the big lesson to take away here is that if you ever start your own business, even if it's just a side hobby you think nothing of, get a pre or post nuptial agreement to protect that. Please learn from my mistake
