🔸 Cinnamon sticks
🔸 10 cloves
🔸 1 star anise
🔸 100 grams of panela, piloncillo, or papelón (brown sugar)
🔸 1 coconut
🔸 75 grams or 2/3 cup of cornstarch
🔸 750 milliliters or 3 cups of milk
