Citrix VDI Recompose
In one of our client’s digital workplace services, we have approximately 10,000 Citrix dedicated Persistence VDIs which are actively used by end users across the globe. VDIs that sit unused for 60 days need to be recomposed (recycled) and assigned as free VDIs for new users. As we were receiving around 300-500 VDI recompose requests every month, and each VDI takes around 60-90 minutes to complete via a manual recompose process, it was clear that we needed to automate this procedure!
