In this video we discuss how we ate only one meal a day (OMAD) for 30 days. This is a type of intermittent fasting where you restrict the time period on which you eat to a certain amount. So some people eat in 18:6 where they fast 18 hours and eat in a 6 hour window. Others eat 20:4, still others 23:1. For this challenge, we tried to eat in just one or two hours. As you’ll see, our compliance was not perfect and our weight fluctuated a lot. At times we felt light headed and needed to re feed. But on balance, we lost a good amount of weight and felt great!
