⚡ Reverse Forward + Star Delta Starter | Automation Studio + Practica Automation Nexis
Today I worked on a complete industrial motor control system combining Reverse-Forward and Star-Delta starter. Designed the full circuit diagram in Automation Studio and finally implemented a practical demonstration.
🔧 What I used:
Magnetic Contactors
Timer (Star to Delta transition)
Push Buttons (Start/Stop, Forward/Reverse)
MCB for protection
🔁 Working Concept:
First, the motor starts in Star connection to reduce starting current. After a few seconds (using timer), it automatically shifts to Delta connection for full load operation.
At the same time, I implemented Forward and Reverse control logic with proper electrical interlocking to ensure safe direction change.
