Loading - Do "Circular Progress Bar" Animation in After Effects + Numbers

When you see a thinly outlined bar which is getting filled with a thicker filling, based on how loaded something is, with the percentage number as well, they are called 'progress bars' used mainly in games when all of the components of the games are being loaded. Now you can make the circular one, using After Effects. Fill the circular progress bar with some filling, and then do some tweaks with the number based on how the bar is filled.
