On May Revolution Day, we celebrate the spirit of freedom and patriotism. Every May 25th, since 1810, we commemorate the founding event that marked the beginning of the Argentine State's independence process, and celebrations take place in every corner of the country.
To celebrate this May 25th, we decided to come to the Mataderos Fair. It's known for its traditional atmosphere, full of culture, folklore, and, of course, delicious Argentine food. It's held every Sunday and is a meeting point for those who want to enjoy the country's roots and traditions.
