"Hay Algo en Ti"
We did it! 🥳🥳🥳
And boy was it a rough season…
Between Bruno publishing a paper on a huge science magazine and working on his thesis. (HATS OFF! Yes it’s possible to study and dance but you need focus, consistency, discipline and lots of organization.)
To my grandmother’s death and traveling every weekend, to us rehearsing EVERY SINGLE DAY in September… for hours! Bruises, floor burns, muscle pain, frustration and lots and lots of sweat!
And not only we knew we had it tough performing on a high profile event with 7000+ feet of altitude and in Mexico (very emotional for me) but I get here sick as a dog!
But in the end we made it work, no matter the circumstances we pushed through as partners, as professionals, as friends who now are practically family!
Because this routine “Hay algo en ti” we dedicate to all those times we have felt that we don’t belong and to all of the people who feel like they don’t belong. Who’ve been told by society that they are too much, too little, too different. Because you will always be to people who don’t get you! But you do belong and you are special just the way you are! So go out there, be yourself work on yourself and find your people, just like we found each other 💚
