Put A frog in a pot and gradually raise temp over time, it will stay complacent and keep accepting the rising temperature and it eventually dies. 😔 If you took that frog and tossed it in a boiling pot of water, that same frog would jump out. 😀
It's very similar to the utility bill that raises year over year and we accept it. 20 years later our bills are double, triple or more. If we received that bill we will get 20 plus years down the road today, we would be jumping and screaming at the utility company and seeming any way to change that.
I am not here to beat up on the utility companies. They play a role in solar as well. What I am saying is you don't need to be complacent and accepting of getting a utility raise year over year and have the ability to offset it.
Will solar work for all, NO, but it's worth a look to see if it works for you.
