SHOULDER ANGELS
Two little angels
Tee-niny in size
One a true angel
The other in disguise
Which one is the angel
and which one wears the mask?
I guess it just depends on the angel you ask.
PALM TREES SWAYIN’ (excerpt)
Palm trees swayin’, cactus sayin’,
“Welcome to the sunshine!”
Here we’re staying, night and daying,
Ah the desert’s merry and fine
Champagne bubbling, ain’t no troubling,
Frolic in the water and sun
Here we’re staying, night and daying,
Ah the desert’s merry and fine
Prickly pear is prickly but the candy is sweet
It’s summer in the winter and we welcome the heat
Make a date to have a shake that melts in your mouth
So much for chilly weather we’re a-heading south, oh—
Palm trees swayin’, cactus sayin’,
“Hello!” in the sunshine,
Here we’re staying, night and daying,
Ah the desert’s merry and fine
