How to: Epley Maneuver for BPPV (Posterior Semicircular Canal Vertigo only)
The Epley Maneuver is used to get the inner ear crystals (otoconia) back in place and stop the room-spinning vertigo (if you have BPPV, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo of the Posterior Semicircular Canal, the most common variant). Please see an ENT or get a referral for Vestibular Physical Therapy to diagnosis which BPPV you may have.
