USMLE STEP 1 STUDY RESOURCES & SCHEDULE: Study methods that increased my Step 1 score by 30+ points!
In this video I share my USMLE Step 1 study sources as well as my schedule. The sources I used were Uworld, First Aid, Pathoma, Sketchy micro and pharm, Anki, Boards & Beyond for biochem and cell bio. Using these sources allowed me to increase my Step 1 score. Also, I share a study method I used that I have not heard other medical students talk about yet. This method is the cycling method and it is an amazing way to study. The cycling method helped me to solidify concepts and is the reason that my score jumped by 30+ points. In my next video, I will go more in depth into the cycling method and how I broke down my schedule for that.
