Nerf Quan Chi please. Latest DLc character to Mortal Kombat 1 (MK1) Quan Chi. Quan Chi has some of the strongest tools in the game but NRS has given him some major weakest to try and make sure he is not completely broken. Did it work? Quan Chi combos and guide with some Kameos.
