UI action and UI page use case in ServiceNow
Use Case:
When a staff member selects items from the platform menu list, a dialog box should appear allowing them to update the quantity
of the selected items before placing the order. Once the staff member submits the order, the system should create an Order record
along with corresponding Order Item records that reference both the Order and the respective Menu Items.
