How to use Test Case Approvals in TestRail
Test case approvals give your team a way to monitor your test case design flow in real-time, control who can make changes to your test cases, and document who reviewed and approved any changes to your test suite over time. With test case approvals, you can assign test cases to another team member to design and submit for your review and approval before they enter production testing. You can also customize the test case approval statuses to fit your team’s workflow, and receive automated email notifications when someone assigns you a test case to draft, review, or approve so that your test case repository always stays up-to-date.
