But now, during the study, we will be able to drain the Caribbean Sea and open what was once considered the most immoral city on earth - after all, it was the greatest capital of sea robbers. It is believed that the city sinned so much that it deserved "heavenly punishment" - earthquakes, tsunamis and quicksand.
