Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 Demo ~ Meh, it's industry standard.
A guy who puts too much software on computers uses Adobe Reader 9, a program usually bundled with computers from the factory.
Anyways, Adobe Acrobat Reader: For anyone growing up in the late 90's and mid-2000's, need I say more? You're probably really familiar with this program (among others, for example, Apple QuickTime Player), since it typically came pre-installed on many computers, for example, the Gateway 566GE or the HP Pavilion a735w. That's because it was a primitive PDF viewing program that took off really quickly due to being made by the original developers of the PDF file format.
PDFs and PDF viewers were incredibly popular programs back in the day, and Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader capitalized on this market, as Adobe was responsible for the file format. Other programs existed (and still exist), but likely have declined due to in-browser PDF viewing being a big thing in Firefox and the "Chromium Gang" (aka Chrome, Edge, Opera, Opera GX, Brave, Vivaldi, and whatnot). (I'd put Safari here, but Safari is Mac-only for the most part and should probably just be its own thing, and it will get its own video, TRUST ME, as versions of the program exist for WINDOWS, and I HAVE THEM ALL).
Anyways, Reader 9 (or Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9.0 if you're the fanciest person in the world or like to think of yourself that way) is the 9th major version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The final release of the program that supported the now-long-ancient Microsoft Windows 2000 (or Windows NT 5.0), it was released in 2008, but surprisingly supports even Windows 11. It would be succeeded by Adobe Reader X in 2010, with Reader XI being the final release for Windows XP in 2012, which you can surprisingly still get off of Adobe's website, as of many months ago; I know this 'cuz I made a "Windows 7 survival kit" for a school video back in January and Steel OS (probably the oldest trick in the book for school projects) wasn't gonna cut it!
