** IF YOU DON'T SEE THE VIDEO OPTION:
1. Make sure your Zoom client is updated
2. Then make sure it is enabled in your settings in the web settings My meeting settings -- then enable the virtual background.
3. THEN go to your app (not in a meeting) sign out and sign back in again, then see if that works.
4. If still no luck, google Zoom system requirements virtual background -- Unfortunately, some computers just can't do it...
