“Idiot Pop”が、新曲「ロンリー・ロンリー」をリリース。
これまでに何度も共演しているSSW・hajimepop
とのコラボ作品で、今回は、全方位型オールマイティ
ポップグループ"Couple"のボーカリスト・小林ももを
フィーチャリング・アーティストとして迎えた。
2000年代初頭のダンスロックと現代J-POPを融合した、
夜が似合う疾走感のあるダンスミュージックが完成した。
華やかにも見える都会の陰で始まる独りよがりな恋、
深夜の高揚感が表現されている。
ギターアレンジには、山口竜生（一寸先闇バンド /
シスクス ）を迎えた。

このリリースに関して、hajimepopと
小林もも(Couple) は以下のようにコメントした。

中学の頃ビートルズに出会って作曲を始めて、
同時にマドンナの音楽にも衝撃を受けた。
「いつか自分もカッコいいダンスミュージックを
作ってみたい」と夢見ていたが、Idiot Popとの
今回のコライトで、それが叶った気がする。
とは言え Idiot Popが「メロディ考えてみて」と
送ってきたトラックはほぼ完成されており、ヴァースも
彼が作っていたので、僕はそのメロディをグルーヴィな
譜割に直してサビのメロディを付けただけだった。
その作業は楽しく、二人で盛り上がりながらも一方では
「この曲に合うシンガーはいるのか？」という不安もあった。
しかし彼が見つけてきた小林ももというボーカリストは、
その歌唱と詞作において、自分たちが思い描いていた以上の
繊細なニュアンスをこの曲に込めてくれた。
というわけで、とても素敵な楽曲になったので、
ぜひ聴いて踊ってみてください。

初めてこの曲を聴いた時、ビートは心臓の音に聞こえました。
鼓動が少し速くなる時はどんな時だろう？
そんなことを考えながら詞を作り、歌いました！
東京で暮らして７年くらい。人混みは相変わらず苦手だけど、
いつか都会の夜の空気を歌にしたいと思っていたことが叶いました。
混沌とした街の中、真っ直ぐに早歩きしたくなる曲です。

I started composing music when I was in middle school, when I discovered the Beatles.
At the same time, Madonna's music also had an impact on me.
I dreamed of making cool dance music myself someday.
I have dreamed of making cool dance music someday.
I feel that this collaboration with Idiot Pop has made that dream come true.
However, the track that Idiot Pop sent to me, saying "Think of a melody," was almost completed.
I had almost completed the track that Idiot Pop had sent me, and he had written the verses.
He had already written the verse, so I took the melody and
I just changed the melody to a groovy beat and added the chorus melody.
The process was fun, and we both had a lot of fun, but at the same time
I was worried, "Is there a singer for this song?" But he found a singer, Kobayashi, who was also a member of the group.
However, he found a vocalist named Momo Kobayashi.
She sang and wrote the lyrics with more subtle nuance than we could have ever imagined.
The song has more subtle nuances than we had expected.
So, the song turned out to be very beautiful.
