This video shows a how to open a Cubase project that crashes the Cubase and closes itself.
Our friend @Debajyoti Deb found out another solution: the problem is "because of waves plugins and some other 32bit plugins are present in the 64bit folder". If you remove 32bit plugins from 64bit vst folder, it should work like it worked for him.
