Meat Mix recipe:
1lb 90/10 beef
1 small onion
1 red bell pepper, de-seeded
1 bunch parsley, de-stemmed
1 heaping teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon kebab seasoning
Mince the veg, drain out the liquid, then combine it with the beef and the seasonings. Use this for beyti, kebabs, arayes, or even a burger.
