AMONG US GAMEPLAY - Who Is The Traitor
Among Us is an online multiplayer game developed and published by American game studio InnerSloth, and released on June 15, 2018. The game takes place in a space-themed setting where each player assumes one of two roles, mostly became Crewmates, and others became Impostors. The goal of the Crewmates is to identify the Impostors, eliminate them, and complete the tasks available around the map, and the goal of the Impostors is to kill the Crewmates without being caught and thwart the mission/assignment of the Crewmates.
Although it was originally released in 2018 and garnered little attention, the game has seen a surge in popularity in 2020 as many famous Twitch streamers and YouTubers play it. In response to the game's popularity, a sequel, Among Us 2, was announced in August 2020. However, a month later in September, the planned sequel was cancelled, with the team shifting focus to improving the original game.
In 2021, Innersloth launched a new map called The Airship. The game has also been added to 15 players and has a new color. In this new map, players can find new tasks and ladders.
