Running Borderlands 2 in split-screen mode on PC
1) Download and unzip the dinput8.dll file corresponding to your game version into the folder with Borderlands2.exe

For the Steam version, the default location is c:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Borderlands 2\Binaries\Win32\
For the Russian Steam version, c:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Borderlands_2_RU\Binaries\Win32\
For the EGS version, c:\Program Files\Epic Games\Borderlands2\Binaries\Win32\
2) Two XInput devices or emulation are required.
For example, in Steam, you can use the controller settings.
Or use the x360ce v3.x emulator. 32-bit games https://github.com/x360ce/x360ce
Player 1 can use the first XInput device or a mouse and keyboard; Player 2 can only use the second XInput device.
3) Before joining the second player, select "Offline" in the Network Settings menu; otherwise, the game will crash.
