An Interview with the Cast of Salem's Lot (2024)
One of the year's most highly anticipated horror films of the year is Gary Dauberman's new adaptation of Stephen King's Salem's Lot. With its premiere only days away, I sat down with the film's cast, including Lewis Pullman, Makenzie Leigh, Alfre Woodard, and Spencer Treat Clark to discuss the film, their characters, special effects and more.
The film is set in 1975 when King’s original novel was published. Salem’s Lot follows author Ben Mears as he returns to his hometown of Jerusalem’s Lot. Haunted by a childhood incident, Mears seeks inspiration for his next book. Ben soon discovers that the town is being terrorized by a bloodthirsty vampire and its loyal servant.
