All you need is elastic thread and a sewing machine. The elastic thread goes in the bobbin. Then, increase your tension and sew some lines!
Diana (@eloise.ezra) measured about an inch up from the hemline, then sewed three lines of shirring a half inch apart. That way, the sleeve flares out at the hem. So cute 😍
