For most of these burgeoning animators, this was their very first walk cycle. I’m proud to share the Top 10 (in no particular order) created by my talented students in DPA 3070: Studio Methods for Digital Production at Clemson University, completed during the Spring 2024 to Spring 2025 academic year.
Each walk cycle was animated in Autodesk Maya, showcasing the creativity, timing, and technical skill these students have developed over the semester. From stylized struts to subtle, naturalistic walks, every cycle tells a story.
Well done, Tigers. Keep walking toward your dreams.
