I installed the CR Touch on my Ender 3 V2. After installing the CR Touch, it required me to install new firmware to utilize the CR Touch. After installing the correct firmware, I ran into the issues showing in this video. My SD card reader would no longer show any of the Gcode files, every time I powered the printer on and off all my saved settings would also reset. I attempted to reinstall the firmware and I also attempted to revert back to the original firmware with no luck. Each time the firmware install would not take and the version remained the same. I spent hours online with Creality in China attempting to fix the issues and they finally determined that my printer needed a new motherboard.
Update: I researched the issue for days trying varies suggestions with no luck. Finally, I read in an online thread somewhere that the Ender 3 V2 WILL NOT INSTALL THE SAME FIRMWARE MORE THAN ONCE. I renamed the .bin firmware file that I was trying to install and loaded it on my SD card. My printer reinstalled the firmware and everything has been working great since.
