1 packet of vanilla

1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar

Powdered pistachios (optional)
Preparation of
First of all, let's put 2 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups of water in a pot for the syrup.
After it starts to boil, turn off the stove and add 3.5 cups of milk and 1 pack of vanilla and mix well. Then let's leave the sherbet to cool.
Let's divide the dough into two by counting them one by one. Let's cut our dough into the size of the tray we will use.
Let's set aside the remaining pieces of the dough we cut to place in between.
After melting the butter in the pan, let's remove the foam that accumulates on it. Let's add 1 tea glass of oil and mix.
Let's arrange the phyllo dough on the tray in 3 layers. Let's continue sorting the phyllo dough by spreading the melted butter in between every 3 layers.
Let's not forget to lubricate the remaining parts that we have set aside from time to time. After placing 22 sheets of dough on the baking tray, sprinkle 1 cup of ground walnuts on them.
After placing the remaining 22 phyllo sheets in 3 layers, lubricating them, let's carefully cut our baklavas to the desired size.
After oiling it generously for the last time, let's leave our baklava to bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
At the end of the time, let's wait for the baklava we took from the oven for about 10 minutes to get its first temperature.
Let's pour the cold milk sherbet we prepared all over the baklava.
Let the dessert come to room temperature and put it in the refrigerator until it cools down completely.
To decorate the dessert, add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar to 1 tablespoon of cocoa and mix.
Let's cover the dessert with cocoa powdered sugar, covering it completely.
Let's sprinkle grated milk chocolate on the baklava and serve. Enjoy your meal!
