Initial thoughts:
Her tactical makes quite a strong duelist as you can restrict one players movement in a fight. This can be used to keep someone out of the fight or just single someone out for a quick kill. The ult is good for a quick escape and because of the low cast time you can easily get a kill then use it to port to get out and heal. I didn't use her passive much since I was solo but I can see it being a huge advantage in ranked especially on a bigger map like Storm Point.
