One of my favourite places to share my videos refused to do so due to the rude joke in the previous version so if you've already seen the rude version, then there's nothing new to see here.
For a massive speedup of 3d rendering, check out the insane results Turbo Render can produce when compared to the OPTIX and OIDN denoisers available from Blender's render settings. Also take a look at the jaw dropping additional features that come with Turbo Tools (which Turbo Render comes with).
By the way, in a new scene you wouldn't need to mess about with the compositor at all if you didn't want to, you can just turn it on and hit render with no messing about at all.
