Enabling comments on a YouTube video is a straightforward process. Here's how you can do it:
1, Sign in to your YouTube account and go to your YouTube Studio dashboard.
2, Click on the "Settings" tab on the left-hand menu and click "Community"
3, Go to - Defaults
4, Check the box next to "Allow all comments" to enable comments to all of your video.
5, You can also choose to approve comments before they appear on your video by selecting "Hold potentially inappropriate comments for review."
6, Once you've made your selections, click on "Save" to apply the changes.
Note: If your video is age-restricted or is part of a paid content program, you may not be able to enable comments.
