Nioh is an action role-playing video game developed by Team Ninja. The game takes place in a fictional version of japan around 17th century and covers Japanese lore and some historic events. We are playing as William Adams who is an Irish sailor. Nioh began development in 2004 for PlayStation 3 as part of a multimedia project based on an unfinished Akira Kurosawa script. Game has souls like mechanics as: rest fires, losing your experience points if you die, unforgiving enemies, dodging breakable crates and barrels and some clunkiness.
